Position: Customer Service Delivery Data Analyst (MS Excel)

Salary: £32,000-£36,000 + Benefits

About the role

Exciting opportunity for career recognition and progression within one of the UK’s largest managed print software providers! You will ensure that customer delight is created, measured and maintained from the point where the initial managed print solution has been installed and signed off for the duration of the contract. You will be the customer point of contact for problems and escalations as well as create reports for the customer on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.

Key Skills

Educated to GCSE or A Level or similar
Previous experience of working in an ITIL environment
To be numerate and have good ability with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel because MI reports are usually created manually
Be presentable and punctual, hardworking and self-disciplined.
Resourceful to ensure that the task is done even when there are challenges
Have excellent presentation skills.
Superior communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to engage with various parts of the company to solve customer problems
