2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst (Linux, RDBMS)
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + Benefits

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 2nd Line Helpdesk Support experience and good scripting skills to progress their career and be recognised and rewarded for your achievements! You will be required to provide application/DBA support to this company’s SaaS solution within their 24/7 managed service division. You will take ownership of the customer’s application problems in addition to providing support with any ad hoc project requirements. This is an exciting opportunity as the company are expanding their support into MS Azure so a keen interest in cloud technologies is essential.
Previous experience in an external customer focused environment.
2nd line application support experience
Use of Linux or Unix command line
Creation of scripts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends for scheduled work.
Good organisational skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and ability to learn quickly.
Keen interest in cloud technologies
